Peach Smoothie
Smoothies are perfect summer treat. And, made with fresh, homegrown peaches, it makes it extra fresh! This particular recipe serves 5-7, but just add more or less to your preference! So here is the best peach smoothie recipe!
Ingredients:
- 7 medium size Peaches
- 3 frozen Bananas
- 1 1/2 cup raw Milk
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- (Optional) 1 cup Blueberries or Strawberries
I personally add peaches into the blender first, followed by the bananas. I blended those up with the milk and then add blueberries or strawberries and lemon juice, and blend everything up. Feel free to add more or less of whatever to your personal enjoyment.
If your peaches are from local farm or from a tree, it makes your smoothie even better! My peaches today are from a tree from our garden. If you want your smoothie more smooth for those of you that like them thinner, if you peal the peaches, will make your smoothie less chunky.
