Tilly, by Frank Peretti (Book Review)
Kathy and Dan Ross are leaving the cemetery where they just attended a small funeral, when they see a woman hunched over a small grave stone with only one name on it, Tilly. And only one date on it from nine years ago…
“Somewhere back in the trees, running along an unseen path through the berry vines and flowers, a mother and her giddy, giggling daughter shouted and laughed, playing together as if they’d always done it, as if it was the most natural thing in the world.”
Tilly was a story about if a woman could meet her aborted child, and Jesus’s forgiveness. It was very moving and impactful! Frank Peretti is a very good Christian author that I’m starting to get into.
And it was a very short read, but it held a very powerful message. I love books that really show God’s grace.
Some things I think could have been a little more clear and less confusing, and I did have a hard time understanding a few things, but it was very enjoyable all the same. It’s very different from other books I’ve read, but I did like it. It was a heavier topic, which would make sense to older readers, so I would recommend it for ages 13+ and I would rate it a 7 out of 10!

I read this book a while ago and don't remember much about it. Looking forward to re-reading it!
